Common Order Questions

Where is my order?

Each product shows the estimated delivery date for your order on the product page when ordering, at checkout, and on your email receipt. We strive to fulfill each order within that estimated range. Because we care about the quality in which you receive your bacon, if you place an order on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday it may not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday to make sure you get it during the best business shipping days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number at the email address you provided in your order once the package is in transit.

For Bacon of the Month Club orders, orders are only shipped once per month after the 15th of the month. Please read What to Expect Each Month before contacting us. 

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our perishable products, we are not able to accept returns. We want your total satisfaction. We will gladly replace your order if it does not arrive in awesome condition as long as you have selected the guaranteed shipping option. Unfortunately, if you do not select guaranteed shipping, it means the shipping carrier can deliver the product in any time frame they desire. Non-guaranteed orders will arrive at in the time frame of the carrier's discretion.

Customers should be aware that when ordering perishable products, timely acceptance of delivery is important. Please monitor your tracking number and plan accordingly.

Why do you offer Non-Guaranteed Shipping?

We offer non-guaranteed shipping options because many of our customers are within a day or two's distance from our shipping facility in Kaukauna Wisconsin and we want to provide the cheapest shipping possible without the expense of 2-Day shipping whenever possible.

*However, it is up to the customer to choose the best shipping option for them.
